90-Day Open & Use Guarantee – Terms of Trade

Refund policy

We offer a 90-day Unconditional Guarantee on all of the products we sell. Even after opening and using the item, if you don’t like it for any reason, we will give you a full refund upon receiving the returned order within 90 days. Just email us first.

Cancellation policy

All orders paid for by 9 am each weekday will be dispatched on the same day where possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us before 4 pm.

Delivery policy

All courier deliveries within NZ are free unless otherwise stated. There will be no Rural Delivery charges.

Small to medium-sized items (up to a box of coconut water or a 4-litre pail) will be sent by CourierlPost Overnight (next business day, non-signature, rural delivery may take 1-2 days extra), or similar.

5 and 10 litre pails will take extra 1-2 days for North Island delivery. 20 litre pails will be sent by Pass The Parcel, and it can take up to 4-5 business days.

There will be no Saturday delivery unless specifically requested.

Other Conditions

All prices displayed include GST and freight within New Zealand unless otherwise stated.

Some of out T & Cs restated for clarity

A. Refund / Damaged Goods/ Returns Policy: if the goods are damaged, we can replace them, or refund. Whichever is practicable – easier for all parties.

B. Cancellation Policy: (What happens if the order has been paid for – then the customer decides to cancel the order) if the product has been despatched, we will have it returned to us.

i, If we deem that, at our sole discretion, returning the item will incur an unreasonable cost, we may deduct that from our refund. If it has not been despatched

ii, If returning the item can be arranged with out an unreasonable cost, we will refund or replace the product, whichever the customer elects to do.

C. Service Delivery: (how soon will you provide the services/product once the customer has ordered and paid) as soon as possible, with a target of dispatching the order within one business day.

i. If the order arrived after 9:00am on a Friday, it may get dispatched after 9:00am on a Monday, unless we can have it dispatched from Auckland, on a Friday.

D. Privacy Policy: (what will we do with your customers information) we will keep it private, and not share it with third parties, or sell it unless it is absolutely necessary for the fulfillment of an order or a quote for such orders. We have the technology to wipe your data from our Customer Relationship Manager, emails, and website software.

E. Product/Service Description: we provide products which include Coconut oil and related items. We provide information about their use.
